Media are invited to cover the IUCN World Conservation Congress for free, either in person or virtually. Held every four years, the 2025 event takes place in Abu Dhabi with five themes.

The Conference features world and Israel-based religious leaders speaking out on the ethical imperative and religious basis for action on climate change and use of renewable energy. Interactive, action-oriented workshops follow the main plenary session.

Expected to attract more than 1,000 delegates from around the world, ITIC is the first conference of its kind to bring together such an illustrious line-up of speakers, research fellows and practitioners in a single location. Included in the conference is a selection of tours visiting on-going projects offering attendees hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of project management from inception to implementation.

Every year, WFES gathers world leaders, international policy makers, industry leaders, investors, experts, academia, intellectuals and journalists to find practical and sustainable solutions for today's energy security, climate change challenges and the advancement of clean technology. The upcoming 5th edition of the event in Abu Dhabi will promote innovation and investment opportunities surrounding alternative energy, clean technology and environment.
