"Fourth Wind Farm Blocked By Trump Is Allowed To Resume Construction"

"A fourth offshore wind project halted by the Trump administration was temporarily allowed to resume construction on Tuesday, marking yet another legal setback for the White House on the issue.

Federal Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, issued a preliminary injunction blocking the administration’s stop work order against Vineyard Wind.

Vineyard Wind, which would provide power to Massachusetts, is one of five projects that the Trump administration tried to hold up in December.

Separate judges have now allowed four of those projects to resume, while the fifth is still awaiting court proceedings."
